Some "Other" computer repair businesses charge as much as $150.00 just to troubleshoot your computer and $75.00 to $100.00 an hour to repair it. Even worse...most of them have your computer for, weeks or even months. I charge by the problem not by the hour and I am significantly less expensive. In most cases I can fix the problem right in a day or less. If I do have to keep it longer in order to repair it, I will keep you updated on what work is being done and you'll have it back in a reasonable amount of time. How to get Services You can call, send an e-mail or you can submit an Online Service Request. See my business hours. This online form will be placed in my database and I will contact you as soon as possible. When submitting this form, be as brief and specific as possible.  When I call you, we'll discuss the available options and how I will resolve your problem.  I don't charge by the hour as others do, I charge by the problem.  I'll be happy to give you a quote.  If I can't fix your problem you won't pay anything.  It's as simple as that!
